Equipment Guidelines

All patrol deputies will have access to the following equipment on their person, subject to change depending on exemptions granted by subdivision certification status:

• Service Pistol (See Below for Specific Models)

  • Additional Magazines Included

• Police Baton (vMenu Nightstick)

• Stun Gun (vMenu Stun Gun)

• Pepper Spray (weapon_pepperspray or /pepperspray)

  • Antidote Included (weapon_antidote or /antidote)

• Pocket Knife (vMenu Switch Blade)

• Tourniquet

• Radio

  • Radio Microphone Included

• Body-Worn Camera

All patrol deputies will have access to the following equipment in their vehicle, subject to change depending on exemptions granted by subdivision certification status:

• Service Rifle (See Below for Specific Models)

• Pump Shotgun (vMenu Pump Shotgun)

• Rear & Front-Facing Dashboard Camera

• Dashboard-Mounted Radar

• CAD Tablet w/ Wireless Keyboard (Laptop)

• Fingerprint Sensor

• Gunshot Residue (GSR) Test Kit

• Digital Breathalyzer w/ Disposable Mouthpieces

• Tamper-Proof Jerry Can

• Class ABC 2.5lbs Fire Extinguisher

• Bulletproof Shield

• Medbag (See Below)

• A flare gun with a set of six flares.

• Six hand-lit flares.
