For the supervisory team to review any deputy's activity, all members have their time on duty recorded. When you clock on duty, the time automatically clocks from that point until you clock out, or until you leave the game.
If the automatic time log system does not work, for whatever reason, you may manually start your time log by typing "/timelogstart" to start your patrol, and "/timelogend" to end your patrol. If you forget to clock in any of your time, you may go into the BCSO department panel and manually log your time.
Deputies at or between the rank of Deputy to Lance Corporal must log a minimum of two hours per month.
Supervisors in Training and supervisors at the rank of Sergeant and Above are required to log a minimum of seven hours per month.
Members of the department who have obligations outside the department which may keep them from logging the required hours, but may still log some time, may request a Reduction of Activity status.
This is done through a department inquiry within the main SADRP Discord.
If you are a department supervisor and require an ROA with a duration greater than 6 months, you may be demoted to a position where your inactivity will not affect department operations.
Members of the department who have obligations outside the department which may keep them from logging any hours in a given month may requiest a Leave of Absence.
This is done through a department inquiry within the main SADRP Discord.
If you are a department supervisor and require an LOA with a duration greater than 3 months, you may be demoted to a position where your inactivity will not affect department operations.
If you request an LOA or an ROA and wish to either swap or come off it, you may open a department inquiry. Time spend on ROA will not count towards the LOA limit, but time spent on LOA will count towards the ROA limit.
Any member of the department who has come off LOA or ROA within the last three weeks of the month may not be eligible for promotion. Any member who initiated an LOA/ROA within the first three weeks of the department may not be eligible for promotion.
Cadets and Probationary Deputies will not be approved to go on LOA/ROA unless there are very compelling extraneous circumstances. Exceptions must be voted upon and approved by department command staff and heads.
