There may only be two ghosted patrol vehicles active at a time. In order to exceed this limit, there must be a ratio of one ghosted unit for every four marked units.
Ghosted vehicles must be earth-based colors.
Ghosted vehicles must utilize a standard license plate as dictated by the Vehicle Structure.
Ghosted units must put "Ghost" after their callsign, similar to subdivision tags.
Ghosted vehicles may use up to "dark smoke" window tint.
Unmarked vehicles should be discrete in appearance and should avoid any glaringly distinguishable features that could jeopardize undercover operations; including but not limited to goofy modkits, eye-catching colors, obvious police equipment, and department-standard license plates.
Unmarked units MUST have "UM" after their callsign, similar to subdivision tags.
Unmarked vehicles must use realistic colors, such as earth tones or factory palettes, in order to be able to blend into traffic. Jarringly distinct colors like neon are not permitted.
Unmarked vehicles may use any level of window tint.
Unmarked vehicles may be equipped with any license plate, so long as the text is professional and realistic.
Subdivision vehicles are prohibited from unmarked patrol. Tactical and investigative subdivisions are exempt.
Unmarked vehicles must be equipped with sufficient lighting to where their code response is clearly visible from all sides. Lighting should be easily visible during both the day and the night.
Unmarked vehicles must be equipped with standard patrol equipment, such as radar, radio, plate reader, dashboard camera, siren, megaphone, etc.
Unmarked or "plainclothes" uniforms are only to be used by Command Staff and above.
All clothing must be professional and should not restrict movement.
Plainclothes uniforms are not permitted during subdivision activations. Investigative subdivisions are exempt.
Deputies must be able and prepared to identify themselves as law enforcement through the use of official badges, identification cards, or marked apparel/accessories.
When arriving at an actively violent scene, unmarked deputies MUST equip a MARKED bulletproof or ballistic vest AND notify other LEO on scene of their presence and appearance.
Always have official identification readily available, including a badge and identification card.
